  Attention Bidders

As this is a Special Event, restocking fees are double the standard fees. If you need to remove an item from your account from this event you will be charged a restocking fee of 40% (minimum $80, $120 for large items or $300 for pallets). This fee must be paid via Cash, Debit or E-Transfer. We regret that we are unable to remove As Is lots after they have been picked.

Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery/loading. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour.

Payment & Pickup Options

Photo ID is required for pickup. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder without prior authorization via email.

For security purposes we will record your ID at the time of pick up.

Orders over $2000 will require payment via Cash, Interac, E-Transfer, ACH or Wire Transfer. Please email [email protected] should you have any questions regarding your payment options prior to bidding.

Maxx reserves the right to deny the collection of invoices by third parties that have been paid online. Should you wish to send a third party to collect your invoices, we encourage you to send payment via e-transfer or have your pickup person pay in-store to avoid potential delays/refusals of pickup. Regular payment and removal deadlines still apply.

There are no exceptions to our policies.
